With firsthand experience as an owner and operator, Steve understands the unique challenges and intricacies of property ownership. Steve began his career in property management while working full-time as a paramedic, starting as a part-time leasing agent. As his career progressed, he moved into residential lending, assisting buyers in the mortgage space.

After retiring from the emergency medical service field, Steve transitioned into full-time property sales and service. Today, he assists homeowners and investors in buying and selling properties, as well as mentoring first-time investors. His home buyers and sellers trust his extensive market knowledge.
